INFORMATION ON THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

Subject of the processing

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (such as name, surname, company name, address, telephone, email, bank and payment details – hereinafter, “personal data” or “data”) communicated by you when preparing offers and estimates, as well as concluding contracts for the services of the Data Controller.

Purpose of the Processing

In this regard, we inform you that the processing of your personal data will take place for purposes related or instrumental to the activity of our Company, and therefore for:

a) executing contractual obligations and fulfilling your specific requests;

b) complying with legal obligations of a physical, accounting, and administrative nature;

c) fulfilling operational and management needs.

Methods of Data Processing

The processing and storage of data will be carried out with the aid of automated and/or paper means and instruments, allowing you access to your personal data in our possession, in the most suitable manner to ensure their integrity, updating, security, and confidentiality, also protecting them from unauthorized and/or unlawful processing as well as from loss, destruction, or accidental damage.

Recipients of personal data

The data collected will be processed exclusively within the purposes mentioned above within the Italian territory. In compliance with the appropriate security measures implemented by the Data Controller, your data may also be communicated to public security entities and other public and private subjects to fulfill obligations provided by law, including tax, administrative, financial, and similar nature. Under no circumstances will the data be disseminated. You can exercise your rights at any time with respect to the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, meaning you can obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and request their communication in an intelligible form. Furthermore, you will have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, and deletion of data. Finally, you will have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as to the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, by contacting the Data Controller, where the complete and updated list of Data Processors is also available upon request.

Obligation to provide data

It is understood that, as regards the processing of data preordained to the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations referred to in letter b) of the paragraph “Purpose of the processing,” consent to the processing is not necessary.

Rights of the data subject

The subject to whom the personal data refers can exercise their rights with respect to the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, meaning they can exercise the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

The right to obtain free access and/or a copy of your personal data being processed, indicating all relevant aspects of the processing provided by the EU Regulation.

The right to obtain free updating, rectification of inaccurate data, limitation of processing, or, where there is interest, integration of data.

The right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection for legitimate reasons, or to revoke, in whole or in part, your consent, where necessary.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) or judicial authority.

Where applicable, you also have the rights set out in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
